Veda Adventures

Six workstreams for an open-air adventure park just beyond the rush of Delhi NCR — a rebrand, a website, the graphic design, the Instagram feed, the search presence and a custom CRM. We started with no online footprint at all and built the park into the name Noida searches for.

A park with no footprint

Veda Adventures is an open-air adventure park off the Greater Noida Expressway at Sector 150 — thirty-five-plus activities on one site, from paramotoring and the region’s largest ATV circuit to ziplines, wall climbing, archery, commando crawls, rope courses, zorbing and team games, with a cafe to land in afterwards.

The park was already built and already good. What it didn’t have was any way of being found. The identity needed rebuilding, the website wasn’t ranking for anything, the Instagram was effectively empty, there was nothing in print for the school and corporate visits that fill the weekdays, and the enquiries that did arrive had nowhere to live.

We were brought in to build all of it — brand, site, creative, social, search and systems — and have run it as an ongoing engagement since 2024.

We started from an empty search result. By the close of Q2 2026: 1.43 million Google impressions, sixty-seven keywords in the top three, and 4,527 leads on file.

02

Where it stood

An adventure park sells a felt thing — height, speed, dust, the noise a group makes on a rope course — and that is precisely what a screen is worst at carrying. But the harder problem was earlier than that. In Delhi NCR, a family choosing a Sunday, a teacher planning a picnic and an HR lead booking an offsite all begin in the same two places: a Google search and an Instagram scroll. Veda appeared in neither.

There was organisational weight on top of it. Thirty-five-plus activities, tiered ground passes, premium experiences priced separately, and three audiences — families and friend groups, schools, corporate teams — each needing a different package and a different argument. Nearly all of them would arrive on a phone.

And the back end leaked. Enquiries came in by call, by form and by DM with nothing joining them up, so nobody could say how many leads the park was getting in a month, which source produced them, or which had been followed up. Growing the front of the funnel without fixing that would only have lost more of it.

Six workstreams, one team

We took the whole engagement rather than a slice of it, which is the reason the pieces agree with each other: the mark that came out of the rebrand is the mark on the brochure, the activity pages written for search are the pages the reels point at, and the form on those pages writes straight into the CRM the park runs its week from.

Six streams, run in parallel and still running:

  • 01RebrandA rebuilt logo and mark, plus an animated identity system for film and social.
  • 02WebsiteDesign and build of vedaadventures.org — mobile-first, shaped around explore, plan, book.
  • 03Graphic designA running supply of posts, offers and campaign creative for the feed and for ads.
  • 04Social mediaThe @vedaadventures Instagram, handled end to end from an empty grid.
  • 05SEO & Google BusinessA page per activity and per audience, plus the Business Profile that owns the map.
  • 06Custom CRMLeads, payments, subscriptions and team — built around how the park actually runs.
04

What we built

The website is the spine. It opens on the park rather than on a menu, sorts thirty-five-plus activities so the range reads as exciting instead of exhausting, puts the ground passes and premium pricing on the page in plain numbers, and gives families, schools and corporates each their own route to the package built for them.

Around it sits everything that feeds it. Search pages written one per activity and one per audience — paramotoring in Noida, ATV in Noida, corporate outing, school picnic — so the park answers the question people actually type. A feed that posts the place as it is, in stills and reels. Print that a school coordinator can hold in a meeting. And a CRM that catches whatever any of it sends in.

Each of those is laid out below, in the order we built them:

  • A rebuilt logo, mark and animated identity
  • A mobile-first website structured to explore, plan and book
  • Activity and audience landing pages built for search
  • An Instagram feed and reel programme run from zero
  • A trifold brochure and flyer set for schools and groups
  • A custom CRM for leads, payments and subscriptions
05

What changed

The park is now findable, and findable is most of the fight. Measured to the end of Q2 2026, Search Console has logged 1.43 million impressions and 47.5 thousand clicks, at a 3.3% click-through and an average position of 8.6 — 6.7 on mobile, which is where three-quarters of the clicks come from.

The traffic is local in exactly the way it should be: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, New Delhi and Greater Noida are the top five cities in Analytics, in that order. And none of it is bought — the paid keyword count is zero.

  • 1.43M impressions and 47.5K clicks from Google, to Q2 2026
  • 67 keywords ranking in the top three, 218 in total
  • Average position 8.6 overall, 6.7 on mobile
  • 7,693 Instagram followers built from an empty grid
  • 4,527 leads captured, 1,855 of them in 2026 so far
  • Zero paid search spend behind any of it
06

The name Noida searches

Veda Adventures is a useful argument for doing the whole thing at once. A rebrand with no site to wear it is decoration; a site with no search behind it is a business card; and traffic with no system to catch it is just a bigger leak.

Run together, they compound. The reels send people to pages that already rank, the pages answer with the right package and price, and the enquiry lands somewhere a human will actually see it and follow up.

Search “adventure park in Noida” today and the park comes back on the first page, off its own pages, with no ad spend holding it there. For a destination that lives on footfall, that is the whole point.

Workstream 01 — Rebrand

A mark that reads at fifty metres

The logo was rebuilt from the ground up: two peaks crossed into a single arrowhead, in the amber-to-gold of a Noida sunset. It had to survive a flag towed behind a paramotor, a 40×30 flex board at the gate and a 32-pixel favicon — so it was drawn simple, then given an animated build for film and social.

The Veda Adventures arrowhead mark The Veda Adventures logo lockup

The mark, the two-second sting that opens every video the park publishes, and the rebrand film itself.

Workstream 02 — Website

Thirty-five activities, one decision at a time

vedaadventures.org is built around the order a visitor actually thinks in — see the place, pick the group, find the activities, read the price, book. The homepage asks who you’re planning for before it asks anything else, and every route from there ends on a bookable page.

Ground passes at ₹499 for children and ₹799 for adults sit on the page in plain numbers, with premium experiences — ATV from ₹400, paramotoring from ₹2,999 — priced separately rather than hidden behind an enquiry form.

Workstream 04 — SEO & GMB

Answer the question people type

Rather than one page trying to rank for everything, the site carries a page per intent — adventure park in Noida, paramotoring in Noida, ATV in Noida, corporate outing, school picnic — each written to answer that search and end on a booking. The Google Business Profile was rebuilt alongside it, so the map result and the site result reinforce each other.

  • 1.43MImpressions to Q2 2026
  • 47.5KClicks, at 3.3% CTR
  • 67Keywords in the top three
  • 6.7Average position on mobile
Workstreams 03 & 05 — Design & social

452 posts, 7,693 followers, from an empty grid

We handle @vedaadventures end to end — the shoot list, the design, the captions, the calendar. Stills carry the offers and the festival moments; reels carry the thing stills can’t, which is what the place actually feels like when a group is halfway up the wall.

Reels and story creative cut for the feed. Hover to hold the strip; the films play only while they’re on screen.

Workstream 03 — Print

Something a coordinator can put on the table

School picnics and corporate offsites get decided in rooms, not browsers. The trifold carries the school package — inclusions, terms and guidelines, per-head pricing and a QR straight back to the booking page — and the flyer set works the counter and the gate.

Workstream 06 — Custom CRM

Somewhere for all of it to land

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for sales pipelines, not for a park that sells day passes to schools on Tuesday and corporates on Thursday. So we built one. Every form on the site writes into it with its source attached, the team works the list from a single view, and the owner opens on a dashboard that says what today, this month and this year actually look like.

  • Dashboard Today, month and year against the same period before, with monthly lead volume split by interest.
  • Leads Every enquiry with its form source, assignee, status, notes and full activity trail.
  • Payments What has been collected against which booking.
  • Subscriptions Repeat and membership passes tracked separately from one-off visits.
  • Team Assignment and accountability, so no enquiry sits unowned.
  • 4,527Leads captured to Q2 2026
  • 1,855In 2026 so far, up 22.3%
  • 548Best single month

Testimonials

Don't take our word for it - take theirs

When we started, searching for an adventure park in Noida did not bring you to us. Externo rebuilt our logo, built the website, took over our Instagram, designed our brochures and made us a CRM that finally shows us every enquiry in one place. We are on the first page now without paying for a single ad, and the leads come in on their own. They have been with us for two years and they still pick up the phone.
